The Manufacturing Intelligence group is a division of Interstates Controls Systems, Inc. Interstates Control Systems has been providing innovative automation solutions since 1985, out of which the Manufacturing Intelligence services were formed.

The Manufacturing Intelligence group was officially formed in 2006, allowing Interstates to further focus in on our client’s management information and information technology challenges.

Within the Manufacturing Intelligent team, we have two distinct areas of focus:

• Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  Interstates MES team has a rich history of helping our clientele manage information at multiple layers within their manufacturing business. Our experience includes implementing solutions for ERP to MES connectivity, a large variety of MES product implementations, to plant floor data collection and control.
  
  Areas of focus have included inventory management, quality management, production management, efficiency, interface development, data collection and reporting, database services, and much more.
  
  
• Manufacturing Information Technology (Manufacturing IT)
  Interstates Manufacturing IT team has grown out of our clientele’s need to more effectively manage their manufacturing IT systems.  Because of our framework within the Interstates companies, our Manufacturing IT team understands your needs for uptime, safety, and security.
  
  We are experienced in a variety of manufacturing areas including plant floor control systems, database systems, manufacturing servers, workstations, and system wide network infrastructure.
